Working as part of a retail design team, we have delivered 38 M-Local Convenience Stores throughout the South of the UK since March 2013. From Paignton to Pentwyn, and Bristol to Banbury, Orme have successfully provided Morrisons Supermarkets with sales areas of up to 3000 sqft within developer shells, previous retail units, and even redundant public houses. Co-ordinating the information produced by the design team, Orme have also undertaken feasibility studies, surveying, the production and submission of planning and building regulations applications, and delivering detailed construction information alongside guidance when the schemes reach site.
